Level B2 – Intermediate: Course Content

The Level B2 course is aimed at learners who wish to refine their Italian skills to achieve greater fluency and accuracy in both spoken and written communication. This course equips students to discuss more complex topics and engage confidently in both personal and professional interactions.

Key Objectives:

• Enrich vocabulary on advanced topics such as current events, cultural issues, health, technology, and abstract concepts.
• Improve speaking skills to discuss opinions, arguments, and counterarguments in a structured manner.
• Develop a deeper understanding of grammar, including:
  • Advanced use of the subjunctive mood (congiuntivo passato and congiuntivo imperfetto) for expressing hypothetical situations, doubts, and emotions.
  • Complex sentence structures using conjunctions and relative clauses.
  • The passive voice and its applications.
  • Advanced usage of conditional sentences.
• Enhance listening comprehension with longer and more nuanced audio materials, such as radio programs, documentaries, and debates.
